PURPOSE:To provide a cooking apparatus convenient for a user in use by constituting the apparatus so that the use can continuously perform an automatic cooking control with respect to a menu controllable without a weight value even when a correct weight ratio was not obtained. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 19 control heating sources such as a high frequency heating source 3, an electric heater 6 and the like and a circulating fan 7 on the basis of a calculated weight and humidity and data within a heating chamber 1 obtained by a humidity sensor 9 and a temperature sensor 8. However, at the time of a correct weight measurement was impossible there are a cooking menu according to which no automatic heat-cooking is possible and a cooking menu according to which an automatic cooking can be performed excellently in a certain degree. For example, in a thawing cooking and the like a food 2 is not heated up to such a high temperature in which the food 2 produces steam, and hence the humity sensor 9 cannot be used. On the other hand, in the reheat cooking of the food 2, the food 2 is heated to a high temperature. When the food 2 is heated up to a high temperature and steam is generated from the food 2, it is possible for the humidity sensor 9 to detect the steam, and carry out the heat control. Accordingly, when a correct weight value was not obtained, the heating is interrupted in the thawing cooking and the cause of the interruption is reported to the user. However, in the reheat cooking, the heating is interrupted, and an automatic control is executed only by the humidity sensor control. |
