<p>PURPOSE:To automatize prescribed sheeting processing such as bending, punching, stamping at a prescribed position, by arranging in order first and second paper folding mechanisms and punching and stamping mechanisms, and providing control means for controlling reading operation for states of electric elements of these mechanisms and controlling actuations of them. CONSTITUTION:A paper sheet entering into a sheeting machine 900 is conveyed in the order of a longitudinal folding mechanism unit 100 a turning unit 200 a blade folding mechanism unit 300 a punching mechanism unit 400 a stamping mechanism unit 500 a longitudinal conveyance mechanism unit 600 a sheet discharge mechanism unit 700, and discharged from the unit 700 in a direction 701 of a tray or in a direction 703 of a sorter. Then, electric elements such as sensors, solenoids, and encoders, etc., are readably connected respectively with respective control units for effecting longitudinal folding and turning control, blade folding control, punching control, stamper control, and longitudinal conveyance and sheet discharge control. In addition, control operation of a microprocessor of an operating board control unit is adapted to have priority for input data from a copying machine for improving reliability of the data, and for thereby enabling a series of the operations to be automatized.</p> |
