PURPOSE:To make an operation command device small in size by transferring an operation command device by making a wavelength of a light different. CONSTITUTION:A graphic symbol 111 shows a pump, and when an operator starts this pump 111, first of all, a light of a wavelength fa is irradiated to the graphic symbol 111 by operating a selecting knob 210. This optical signal fa is detected by a photodetector which is not shown in the figure, and held as a selecting signal. Subsequently, when a control switch 211 is depressed, a light of a wavelength fb is transmitted, and when it is irradiated to the graphic symbol 111, the optical signal fb is detected by the photodetector which is not shown in the figure in the same way, an AND condition with said held selecting signal is formed, and a pump start signal is sent out to a pump control board which is not shown in the figure. Also, when stopping the pump, an optical signal fo is detected by the photodetector which is not shown in the figure and a pump stop signal is outputted by depressing a control switch 212 and irradiating a light of a wavelength fo to the graphic symbol 111.
