PURPOSE:To minimize contact failure of contacts by coating the surface of lead wire having an insulation film with paraffin, forming a coil with such lead wire and thereafter eliminating volatile materials under a particular temperature and a reduced pressure. CONSTITUTION:The surface of lead wire having an insulated film is coated with paraffin, a coil is formed with such lead wire, thereafter volatile material is eliminated under a temperature of 85 deg.C or higher and a reduced pressure of 1X10<-2>Torr of less. Any kind of paraffin can be used because it is used for obtaining good sliding at the time of forming a coil. Relation between the paraffin and contact resistance of contacts depends on saturated vapor pressure of paraffin and any influence is not applied on the contacts under the vapor concentration of 1X10<-2>Torr or less. Processing time of reduced pressure and heating conditions can be determined freely. Since the surface of coil winding film is usually only coated with liquid paraffin, such film is momentarily volatiled only when it is exposed under the ambient of 1X10<-2>Torr. |
