PURPOSE:An inexpensive electrically-conductive coating compound having improved electrical conductivity, and long-period stability, obtained by blending a coating composition consisting essentially of copper or copper alloy powder and a resin component with a phosphoric ester. CONSTITUTION:A coating compound composition consisting essentially of (A) copper or copper alloy powder and (B) an ordinarily used resin is blended with (C) a phosphoric ester, to give the desired electrically-conductive coating compound. It is diluted with an organic solvent and used. In a blending ratio of the components, an amount of the component B is 5-50pts.wt. based on 50-90 pts.wt. component A, an amount of the component C is 0.1-10pts.wt., especially 0.5-5pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. total amounts of 60-90pts.wt. component A and 10-40pts.wt. component B. Preferably powder of copper or copper alloy having 50wt% copper content, having <=100mum particle diameter in a spherical state, in a dendritic state, or in a scaly state is preferable as the component A.
