PURPOSE:To prevent a flat tonneau board from being damaged, by forming a disengageable stopper member in a concave part formed in front of a side finisher at the sidepiece of a rear seat back. CONSTITUTION:A plastic side finisher 2 is installed in an inner part of a car body 1, then a concave part is formed in the front of it, and a stopper member 8 at the sidepiece of a seat back 7 of a rear seat 3 is made free of disengagement. The stopper member 8 consists of a plate 13 to be tightly attached to an upper end of a frame 10 of the seat back 7 and a release lever 16 capable of rotation in a through hole 14 in front and in the rear of this plate 13 and its own through hole 23 via a pin 15.
