<p>Sliding clasp fastener has a stop which is welded by thermal effect to some of the links at the top end. This stop has a first section which straddle the coupling heads of the top links on both sides. A second section extends far enough to cover the sewn seam. The end stops have a pleasing appearance and protect the sewn seam against breakage by excessive flexure.</p> |
