PURPOSE:To execute easily collating work by displaying a signal displayed in numeral of a BCD code by using a significant comment. CONSTITUTION:A comment data corresponding to a numeral of a BCD code from a display signal line 4 of the BCD code is written in advance in a comment use IC13 of an EP-ROM or an EE-PROM, etc. by a ROM writer, and it is inserted and attached to an IC socket 12. When a signal of the BCD code is inputted from the display signal line 4 of the BCD code, a voltage level is converted to a signal of DC24V through DC5V by an interface circuit 5. A microprocessor 10 monitors a signal of the BCD code by always scanning the interface circuit 5. In such a way, data of the comment use IC13 is fetched by the signal of the BCD code from the interface circuit 5, set to a latching circuit 14, and the comment is displayed on a liquid crystal indicator 15.
