PURPOSE:To obtain a molded piece excellent in thickness precision by preparing a spacer with a sheet of silicone rubber and metal. CONSTITUTION:Four perforating holes 4 are made on the silicone rubber spacer 3 and the metallic spacers 5 which have nearly the same shape as the before- side through holes are inserted into the holes. When these forces are clamped from the top and the bottom, the silicone rubber 3 is compressed and stuck closely to the top and the bottom force, but the clamping force is stopped at the thickness position of the spacer 5 and the spacer is not compressed further. Liquid resin is injected between the forces with such specified thickness through the resin injecting hole 7 installed on the top force 1. The resin is hardened to obtain a molded piece. Thereby, the elasticity of the silicone rubber spacer, the adhessiveness of the silicone rubber spacer to the top and the bottom force and the excellent thickness precision of the metallic spacer can mold a molded piece requiring accurate dimensional precision.
