PURPOSE:To attain to reduce cost and a thickness, by bending at least a plurality of pawls integrated with a metal reinforcing plate at an angle of at least 180 deg. or more through a circuit board and mutually fixing the circuit board and the reinforcing plate. CONSTITUTION:At first, pawls 3 are formed at right angles to a reinforcing plate as shown by numerals 3 (one-dot broken line parts) and further bent at an angle of 180 deg. or more, after a circuit board 1 is superposed to the reinforcing plate, so as to hold the circuit board 1 between the pawls 3 and the reinforcing plate to fix the circuit board 1. After bending, if the electric continuity patterns (not shown by the drawing) on the circuit board 1 are arranged to the contact parts of the pawls 3 and the circuit board 1, said patterns can be utilized as a part of an electric continuity route as is conventional. The positional alignment of the reinforcing plate and the circuit board is performed as follows. Guide holes 12, 13 used at the time of fixing work (pawl bending work) are formed as the common holes, that is, the same position and same diameter holes of the circuit board and mutually located by the guide pins 15 mounted to a jig 14 at the time of the aforementioned work. |
