<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate warpage of primary coil and improve roundness and insertion capability to ferrite core by winding once a self-fusible insulated wire having a circular section to a winding jig, forming an insulated wire with a clamp, bonding the lead portion thereof, taking out such single turn coil from the winding jig and then molding it. CONSTITUTION:A self-fusible insulated lead wire 13 having a circular section is wound once around a winding jig coupling molding rolls 14, 14a divided vertically into two sections and an insulated lead wire 13 is formed by clamps 15, 15a. The lead portion 16 is bonded through hot wind blowing nozzle 17, the single turn coil is taken out from the winding jig and thereafter it is subjected to the press molding and thereby shape of section is changed to flat rectangular. Thereby, the primary coil using the self-fusible insulated lead wire having a circular section is molded using the molding rolls 14, 14a and claims 15, 15a. Thereafter, the lead portion 16 is bonded and the section of lead wire is formed to a flat rectangular with the molding press.</p> |
