CONSTITUTION:A slave CPU110 operates switches 120-122 and turns off the switches when circuits, such as input-output device, etc., which consume battery energy in large quantities are in idling conditions. Moreover, the slave CPU110 sets a refreshing interval in accordance with the temperature and supply voltage of a dynamic RAM102 at this time and makes the refreshing operation of the RAM102 by starting a multiplexer 108 and bringing down the address of the RAM102 toward a refresh address counter 109 side at the set interval. In this case, the CPU110 is programmed so that the longest refreshing interval, at which the RAM102 can hold stored contents at each temperature and supply voltage, can be selected.</p> |
