PURPOSE:To obtain the titled tape by coating a specific acrylic polymer containing photosensitizer on the oxidation-treated surface of polyolefin sheet followed by providing thereon a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer then carrying out photo- irradiation to significantly improve the anchoring effect between the sheet and said adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:An emulsion-type acrylic polymer containing photosensitizer and a polymerizable compound having in one molecule at least one (meth)acryloyl group is coated, as a primer, on the oxidation-treated surface of a polyolefin sheet to form a dry film of 0.2-5mum thick. On this film, an (pref. acrylic) emulsion-type pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided and a photo-irradiation is then carried out using such a soure as (ultra)high-pressure mercury lamp, metal halide lamp, carbon arc lamp or xenon lamp for >=0.3sec., thus obtaining the objective tape. EFFECT:Giving stabilized adhesive and cohesive force.
