PURPOSE:To decide surely and easily an origin of time of a succeeding initial training procedure by not transmitting >=1 channel at the 1st period and transmitting signals of all channels at the 2nd period. CONSTITUTION:A signal on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th and 15th channels of all 16 channels is transmitted at the 1st period with a power of 2P watt respectively and a signal of a power of P watt is transmitted on the 1st-16 channels at the 2nd period respectively. The total of the power of all channels of a reception signal inputted to a reception input terminal 8 of a pre-AGC1 is regulated to be constant at all times and the power is zero at the 1st period. A reception signal power of the 8th channel is detected by a detector 4 at the 2nd period and it is compared with a reference voltage by a comparator 6. Then a timer 7 is driven by an output of the comparator 6 so as to output a clock start pulse.
