PURPOSE:To improve yields by a method wherein an imaginery cutting line for devision is provided at the position between wire trains as separated by a necessary dimension for cutting and then, a thermal head is divided to be combined with other accepted parts when it is partially defective. CONSTITUTION:An imaginery cutting line 7 for division is provided at the position between wire trains 4 separated by a necessary dimension for cutting. The first and second layer wire trains 4 and 5 are arranged separate by a dimensional l necessary for cutting with respect to three imaginery cutting lines 6, 7 and 8 and in addition, the left half 1A and the right half 1B are the same at the imaginery cutting line 7 as boundary. Therefore, for example, when the left half 1A alone is accepted, it is cut off at the imaginery cutting line 7 and is ground on the side 7 to butt whereby this part can be used as half 1A. If this part is cut off at the imaginery cutting line 7, further at the imaginery cutting line 6 and then, ground to abut against each other. This part can be used as half 1B thereby improving yields significantly. |
