PURPOSE:To firmly fix electric parts to a printed circuit board, by providing an insulating sheet provided with openings corresponding to key contacts and having a shape when covers the electric parts between the printed circuit board and a traveling contact sheet. CONSTITUTION:An insulating sheet 18 which covers an LSI14 and causes the LSI14 to be fixed more firmly to a printed circuit board 7 and, at the same time, acts as a spacer that separates a short-circuit contact 9 being the traveling contact of an upper flake 10 and key contacts 6 of the printed circuit board 7 from each other, is provided. The insulating sheet 18 is made of a laminated material formed by piling up insulating films and provided with openings 19 at only locations corresponding to the key contacts 6. Moreover, the insulating sheet 18 is extended to the location where the LSI14 is installed and, therefore, the sheet 18 can cover the LSI 14 completely. The insulating sheet 18 is bonded to the printed circuit board 7 with a bonding agent and causes the LSI14 to be firmly fixed to the printed circuit board 7.
