PURPOSE:To prevent a maulfunction caused by an out-of-synchronism, etc. by constituting a titled device so that a duplex structure system is selected by an output of a storage means by which a state is inverted alternately by making two information selecting command signals active alternately, and the inversion is inhibited when the two signals go to active simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:As for a compensating circuit 1, even if information selecting command signals 22, 24 are made active simultaneously by an instantaneous error, or a noise, etc., both set and reset terminals of a flip-flop become an L level by an operation of an exclusive OR gate 34, an inversion of the state is inhibited and the compensating operation is executed. Also, as for a compensating circuit 2, in case the information selecting command signals 22, 24 are in an H level exceeding a prescribed period, when a carry signal is generated in a count- out state of a counter 26, an FF27 is set, and by a Q output of the H level, a gate 28 is inverted and an output of an FF32 is inverted. Selecting circuits 29- 31 of information signals 21, 23 are inverted thereafter, and the information selecting signal which goes to a high level instantaneously afterwards is made effective. |
