摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the use amount of an adsorbent and the cost of regeneration energy by preventing the adsorption of moisture in the cooling process of a regenerated adsorbent, by cooling the regenerated adsorbent in a dehydration tower by using gas dehydrated in other dehydration tower. CONSTITUTION:Air moistened in a dryer 4 is dehydrated in a dehydration tower 2 and recirculated. When the adsorbent in the dehydration tower 2 is saturated, a flowline is changed over to perform dehydration in a dehydration tower 1. In parallel to this operation, a blower 31 and a heater 32 are operated and valves 25, 27 are opened to sent heated air for use in regeneration to the dehydration tower 2. When the desorption of the adsorbent in the dehydration tower 2 is finished, valves 25, 27 are closed and the blower 31 and the heater 32 are stopped. The valve 23 is closed and a valve 42 is opened to sent dehydrated air taken out from the dehydration tower 1 to the dehydration tower 2 through piping and the adsorbent in the dehydration tower 2 is cooled. Dehydrated air raised in its temp. from the dehydration tower 2 is sent to the dryer through pipings 12-14. The adsorbent in the dehydration tower 2 is cooled to a predetermined temp. and, thereafter, the valve 42 is closed and the valve 23 is opened.</p>
