PURPOSE:To obtain a black-and-red two-color copy of superior picture quality by forming a red separated electrostatic latent image of an original on a P type photosensitive body and developing it with negative different-color toner, superposing and transferring the developed image on and to a red toner image which is fixed on a form previously, and performing fixation. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive drum 1 to which the red toner image is already transferred is cleaned by a cleaning device 13 and charged positively by an electrostatic charger 7, but a photosensitive drum 2 is not charged so as to prevent its influence upon the photosensitive drum 1 as much as possible, The photosensitive drum 1 charged positively is irradiated with light reflected by a half- mirror 36 through a red filter provided to a filter turret 37 to obtain a positively charged electrostatic latent image of a colored part except the red part of the original. This electrostatic latent image is developed by the developing roller 6 of a developing device 4 which contains negative black toner and the obtained black toner image is superposed on and transferred to the red toner image of the original fixed on a form previously. The image is fixed by a fixing part fixing part and received by a paper discharge tray 42 through a couple of discharge rollers 41, thus obtaining the desired black-and-red color copy. |
