PURPOSE:To improve the pressure adjusting function by energizing a small diaphragm, which sections the part under a valve body, with a spring, to equalize the sectional area of a nozzle and the effective area of the small diaphragm to each other. CONSTITUTION:In a pressure adjuster A, a gas entrance 1 in one side and a gas exit 2 in the other side are connected through a nozzle 3, and a pressure receiving chamber 4 connected to the exit 2 is formed on the upper face of a device body 5. A spring 7 is stored in a cover 6 covering the device body 5, and a diaphragm 8 is energized by this spring 7 and is interlocked with a valve body 10 which opens and closes the nozzle 3. In this case, a pressure receiving chamber 12 which is sectioned by a small diaphragm 11 and is connected to the exit 2 is formed under the valve body 10. A spring 13 which energizes upward the small diaphragm 11 is provided. Thus, the sectional area of the nozzle 3 is equalized to the effective area of the small diaphragm 11 through a pressure receiving plate 14 of the diaphragm 11, and the effective area of the diaphragm upon which a gas pressure acts is extended. |
