ENGINE IDLING CONTROLLER

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of operation by moving a stopper member for limiting the full-close stop position of a throttle valve to the referential position upon fault of an idle sensor and calibrating thereafter operating the throttle valve to the initial idle opening condition through motion of said member. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 12 is provided to control the opening of a throttle valve 11 under idling. Said actuator 12 is constructed with D.C. motor 13 where a worm 14a is provided on the rotary shaft. The worm 14a is geared with a worm wheel 14b provided integrally with a pipe shaft 14c having male screw then a stopper member or a rod 15 is screwed over the pipe shaft 14c to limit the full-close position of the throttle valve 11 by means of the rod 15. The actuator 12 is controlled to move the rod 15 to the referential position upon decision of fault of an idle sensor 25 while simultaneously controlled by a controller 29 such that the throttle valve 11 will move the rod 15 until predetermined initial idle open condition is achieved.
