PURPOSE:To make homogeneous a treated film by guiding successively a coil to be treated by means of guide rolls from an upper treating vessel to a lower treating vessel and turning over the front and rear of the coil to be treated at every treating vessel. CONSTITUTION:The Al coil C is conducted via an auxiliary roll 10 to the lower side of the guide roll 6a and passes through the treating vessel 1a then through a slit 4 until the coil is conducted to the guide roll 6b of the lower treating vessel 1b. The coil is subjected to a hydrated oxide film treatment in the vessel 1b and is then subjected to the same treatment in the treating vessel 1c. The front and rear of the coil C are alternately turned over at every movement from the vessel 1a to 1b, 1c. The hydrogen bubble accumulating on the rear surface is therefore released and the generation of a nonuniform pattern occurring in the trace of the bubble or the uneven treatment is prevented. The hydrated oxide film is made homogeneous and the continuous treatment is made possible by the above-mentioned method. |
