PURPOSE:To strengthen the icing preventive capacity of a composition for an icing preventing material and to increase the lasting property of said capacity, by coating the surface of an article, which was coated with a specific primer, with said composition having paraffin added thereto. CONSTITUTION:An organopolysiloxane resin or a silane coupling agent or a primer prepared by mixing both of them is applied to the surface of an article. Next, a composition, which is prepared by uniformly dissolving or dispersing an alkali metal compound and paraffin in 40-99.6% of an organopolysiloxane resin respectively in an amount of 0.2-30wt%, is applied thereto to form a coating layer. If necessary, silicone oil can be further applied to the coating layer. Furthermore, the organopolysiloxane resin to be used is represented by an average compositional unit formula I and the slkali metal compound by formula II.
