PURPOSE:To enable to combine ferromagnetic substance in high density and to orient in high degree, by a method wherein plasticizer acts to synthetic resins and facilitates to rotate and move the ferromagnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:Plasticizer of organic carvone acid ester system is combined with plastic material which is prepared by mixing ferromagnetic substance with synthetic resins as a matrix. A plastic product having high magnetic characteristics can be provided by reason that this material for forming a resinous magnet is facilitated to perform injection mold because of very low viscosity and orientation ratio become high as the ferromagnetic substance powder rotates and moves easily in magnetic field. |
