Module consisting of insulating panels, noteworthy in that it combines an external load-bearing framework in the form of intermediate columns 6 and corner columns 7 also forming connecting elements between the panels, the framework being fixed to a floor frame and to a roof frame containing the technical distribution and discharge networks.
