<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to achieve the process molding on outer surface part, the process arranging a core part in the outer surface part and the process packing a foam in between the outer surface part and a core part by the same device by filling the hollow part with the foam through a hollow stay from a pouring head. CONSTITUTION:When a foam is poured into a stay 7 from a pipe 37, it is poured into the hollow space 40 between the outer surface part 2 stuck on the wall surface of the molding recesses 20, 21 of molds 18, 19 and a core part 4 from the opening tip of the stay, and then the space is filled with the foam being foamed. Then, the molds 18, 19 are opened, and the pipes 33, 37 are removed from the base end of the stay 7. The molded product is taken out, removing the stay 7 from a fixing device 26. Consequently the process for molding the outer surface part, the process providing the core part in the outer surface part and the process for packing the foam in between the outer surface part and the core part may be achieved by a same device, thereby reducing operating time and the investment for the device.</p> |
