PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a bend on the whole bending or burring work goods by providing a semi-spherical shaped projection on a part of a crosspiece of bending or burring shape in case of a bending or burring work of a metallic plane plate. CONSTITUTION:A metallic plane plate 6 is bent with holding it between a die 8 and stripper 9 and a bent part 10 is formed on the end part of the plane plate by a bending punch 11. Or numerous pieces of semi-spherical projections 13 (3 in 4th time) having several mm. in height are formed in the same direction as the burring bend direction on a part of a crosspiece 5 of among bend working products or burring worked burring opening 4 with the pressure by a semishperical pin 7 in case of burring work having an opening 4 in the burring work of a plane plate. The generation of tensile stress on a back 5 of the bent part of bending product is prevented with this projection 3 and the generation of a bend on a bending product is prevented.
