PURPOSE:To simplify a feeding mechanism and to make the whole structure small-sized by making a table a mobile type against a base stand, by fixing a large-sized column to a base stand and by providing a probe stocker which can hold plural probes on the mobile table. CONSTITUTION:A table 50 is made mobile against a base stand 10 and columns 90 are fixed respectively to both side faces of the base stand 10. A probe stocker 290 which can hold plural probes is provided on the table 50. A beam 100 is bridged and fixed between the columns. A slider 110 is supported freely movably on the beam 10 and a probe attaching and detaching mechanism including a probe holder 280 that a touch signal probe 280 is automatically attached and detached is provided to said slider 110.
