The trim (1) has a central pliable part (3) and a symmetrical lateral part (5,7) on each side of the central part, and one lateral part and preferably both haVe a notch (11) to take the key head. The two lateral parts are made more solid by superimposition of their respective internal faces in the folded position and one at least of these internal faces has a label holder (21) accessible via the internal face that carries it. - The central part is monobloc with the lateral parts and acts as a hinge, and lateral part folding is aided by material thinning or by folding grooves.
