PURPOSE:To provide the titled device facilitating that a smooth and constantly formed product is obtainable with good yield by constituting that a single annular pressing roll and side pressing roll having a flange face are combined so as to be able to be decomposed to a driving shaft having a parallel axial line to the rotating shaft of a center roll. CONSTITUTION:An annular pressing roll 30 corresponding to the outer peripheral shape of an annular material A after its rolling and one side of a side pressing roll 31, 32 having a flange face 31', 32' faced to the passing vertical face of both ends parts of the material A are combined so as to be decomposable into a driving shaft 34 having a parallel axial line to the rotating shaft of a center roll 33 contacting by pressure with the inner periphery of the aperture of the annular material A, and by combining the other side with a driven shaft 28 of an advancing and retreating device 29 serving also as a bearing a roll device of an annular metal rolling mill is constituted. A smooth product having a constant structure is produced without the generation of excess metals with the use of an annular pressing roll 30 by the above constitution and the replacement of rolls is enabled to be performed easily in short time, as well. |
