发明名称 ANALYSIS OF AMINO ACID
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect an amino acid with high sensitivity by separating components by using eluate contg. beta-thiodiglycol from a sample, adding a soln. contg. paratoluene sulfon chloroamide salt thereto then adding fluorescent reactive liquid thereto and measuring fluorescent intensity. CONSTITUTION:The elutates are fed from eluate tanks 1, 2 contg. the eluates having the different compsn. contg. beta-thioglycol at about 0.1% concn. to a sepn. column 10 by a liquid feed pump 7 and the sample components are eluted by a strong acidic cation exchange resin in the column 10. A carbonate buffer soln. contg. chloramine T from a reactive liquid tank 4 for oxidation is mixed with the eluate by a mixer 11 and oxidation of the amino acid component is caused in a reaction tube 12 and thereafter the liquid is mixed with the fluorescent reactive liquid from a reactive liquid tank 5 by a mixer 13. The fluorescent material formed by the reaction with an alpha-amino acid in the tube 14 is measured by a fluorometer 17 and the result thereof is displayed on a recorder 19.
