PURPOSE:To supply necessary minimum air without disturbing air-conditioning condition by a method wherein a bypass damper is provided to control an exhausting amount within a wide range in accordance with the necessary exhausting amount. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 36 operates the exhausting amount of whole of exhausting units 12 based on a detecting signal from an exhaust sensor 18, determines the operating sets of exhausting fans 14 into 3 sets, 2 sets or 1 set in accordance with the operated exhausting amount (100%, 50%, 25% or the like) and controls the rotation of respective fans 14 in accordance with the exhausting amount. Further, when the operating sets of the exhausting units 12 is small and the total exhausting amount is small extremely, the control unit 36 controls the opening degrees of a circulating damper 30 and a bypass exhaust damper 34 (the circulating damper 30 is controlled to the closing side and the bypass exhaust damper 34 is controlled to the opening side thereof) so as to obtain the exhaust equal to the necessary minimum amount of air supply of a room 10 to be air-conditioned, and, thus, the disturbance of the air-conditioning condition may be prevented. |
