PURPOSE:To reduce the failure in frame catching by taking out a frame synchronizing serial signal input and sending it to a frame synchronizing serial signal receiving part after this input is taken into a buffer temporarily. CONSTITUTION:A frame synchronizing serial signal 20 is inputted to a buffer control part 21. The control part 21 stores the signal 20 in a buffer 23 while monitoring the state of a frame synchronizing serial signal receiving part 27. Though the receiving part 27 receives control signals from a control part 25 to perform the processing of reception to a memory 36 and a data taking-in control part 30, the control part 21 does not take out the signal form the buffer if this reception processing is not completed. When receiving a control signal 37 of the reception processing end from the receiving part 27, the control part takes out the signal from the buffer and inputs compressed data 24 to the receiving part 27 at a speed higher than the transmission speed of a communication transmission line. |
