<p>PURPOSE:To make exhaust gas into a state of dust which is hard to adhere, by increasing concentration of NH3 by loading the NH3 into an upstream side exhaust gas of an exhaust gas fan. CONSTITUTION:Piping 9 is connected with a flue 7 between an air preheater 4 and an exhaust gas fan 5, the end of which is provided with an ammonia supply device 8. As for a connecting position of the piping 9 with the flue 7, it is made into the position wherein it requires several seconds until exhaust gas arrives at the fan 5 in view of a relation of chemical reaction time of NH3. As for a loading method, as concentration of the NH3 is several ppms a method not loading the same directly but loading the same after dilution of the same with air is effectively. As the NH3 is loaded like this, acid ammonium sulfate which is a binder stuck with dust is made to decrease, through which adhesion of the dust to an exhaust gas fan can be decreased.</p> |
