PURPOSE:To obtain a double-coated adhesive tape which is suitable for use in assembling apparatuses and can be easily peeled off, by depositing a double-face adhesive on the surface of a belt-form separator by means of a screen process and forming double-face adhesive layers which are narrow and perforated to provide a required number of through-holes. CONSTITUTION:A belt-form separator 10 (e.g. plastic film) to be printed is transferred automatically and intermittently, and during the suspension of transferring, a double-face adhesive is deposited in place of a printing ink on the surface of the separator 10 by means of a screen process (e.g. silk screen processing). In this way, a plurality of double-face adhesive layers 11 which are separately scattered at regular intervals of L are formed, and the width W of the adhesive layers 11 is made constant and narrower than that of the separator 10 to form margin S1 of peeling. Through-holes 12 serving as escape holes for operating buttons are formed in each adhesive layer 11, thus obtaining the desired double-coated adhesive tape.
