PURPOSE:To prevent diffusion and invasion of washing liquid into the system of economizer by a method wherein the system of water feeding pipes for inlet and outlet ports of the economizer and the economizer is filled with water added with predetermined amount of inhibiter, thereafter, the water cooling wall pipes of a furnace are washed. CONSTITUTION:Upon washing the water cooling wall pipes for the furnace, the inlet port water feeding pipe 1 for the economizer, the economizer 2 and the outlet port water feeding pipe 3 for economizer are filled with water, added with at least 0.2-0.3% of corrosion restricting agent (inhibiter), at first under employing a temporary circulating pump 10 through temporary pipelines 9, 11, 12. Subsequently, chemical washing liquid (water added with 5% of hydrochloric acid, 0.3% of inhibiter, scale resolution promoting agent and reducing agent, for example) is sent into the water cooling wall pipes 5 for furnace, the outlet port communicating pipe 6 for the same pipe and a steam separator 7 by the temporary circulating pump 10 through the temporary pipelines 12, 9, thereafter, the water filling is finished when a water level is confirmed in the steam separator 7. Then, the temporary circulating pump 10 is started again to wash the water cooling wall pipes by circulating the chemical washing liquid through the temporary pipeline 9, the furnace water cooling wall pipes 5, the furnace water cooling wall outlet port communicating pipe 6, the steam separator 7 and the temporary pipeline 9. |
