It consists of a tubular net made up of yarns 4 of different textures having a mesh which is sufficiently fine so that, when the sheath 1 is stretched radially, pieces 31, 32, 3n, may be slid and introduced inside the sheath 1 and so that they may be prevented from passing through the openings in the mesh; it has longitudinal elasticity. <IMAGE>
