PURPOSE:To arrange so that unwoven fabric having high adhering property, soft touch and luxury look but without fluffs may be made by arranging resin sheets of low melting point on both surfaces of the fabric when a layer and the fabric are overlapped and heat-molded. CONSTITUTION:A bulky fibrous mat-shaped layer containing heat-curing synthetic resin, nonwoven fabric made of a filling quantity of 150-400g/m<2> of thermoplastic synthetic resin at melting point of 240-260 deg.C and two low melting point sheets made of a filling quantity of 10-50g/m<2> of thermoplastic synthetic resin at melting point of approx. 110-200 deg.C which are overlapped on both surfaces of the unwoven fabric are prepared. Then the low melting point resin sheet, unwoven fabric, low melting point resin sheet and layer are overlapped and arranged in that order. After these procedures, these materials are compressed at a top force molding temperature of 120-220 deg.C and bottom force molding temperature of 200-250 deg.C. In this case, the top force molding temperature is lower than the bottom force molding temperature, the pressure 10-25kg/cm<2> and the compression time approx. 30sec-4min. In case the force at the low melting point resin sheet side is at high temperature, the surfacial hardness of the nonwoven fabric increases and the surfacial soft touch deteriorates because of the fluffiness of the nonwoven fabric. Accordingly, the force arranged at the low melting point resin sheet side needs to be at heating temperature lower than the force arranged at the layer side.
|
