PURPOSE:To enable resetting without disturbance and error in the stage of resetting timer time by executing resetting according to the scale of an ordinary display regardless of a minute mode and a second mode. CONSTITUTION:A circuit is so constituted that the hand 2a of a single-hand type timer display part 2 is made to zero when the timer is reset during the magnified display operation of the remaining scale in a hand type timer in which the greater part of the set time for stepping of the hand 2a is made into the minute mode and the remaining one minute is made into the second mode. The discrimination of either the minute mode or the second mode is then eliminated like in the initial setting stage in the stage of resetting and therefore the possibility of mixing the modes is eliminated and the easy resetting is made possible. |
