PURPOSE:To obtain a molded product formed of molding materials different in color or quality at the same cycle by a single mold, by forming a plurality of inflow ports to the single mold and respectively connecting a plurality of hoppers to said inflow ports while providing an opening and closing means for opening and closing a flow route. CONSTITUTION:A flow route 14 is closed by a bushing 20 to be divided into upper and lower sections and, when molding materials different in color tone or quality are respectively injected into a mold 10 in this state from sprue nozzles 18a, 18b of both hoppers 17a, 17b, the molding material from one hopper 17a is injected into the upper part of the flow route 14 from an inflow port 15a through an inflow path 16a to be injected in the mold hole 13 communicated with said route 14 while the molding material from the other hopper 17a is injected into the lower part of the flow route 14 from an inflow port 15b through an inflow path 16b to be injected in the mold hole 13 communicated with said route 14 and molded products 24a, 24b different in color tone or quality are completed simultaneously. By this method, the molded products different in color tone or quality can be obtained at the same cycle using the single mold. |
