PURPOSE:To obtain a programmable semiconductor integrated circuit decreasing a power supply current even for the circuit with a large capacity by providing another column selecting circuit inhibiting a current supply at read to a non- selecting column line. CONSTITUTION:Address circuits G1, G2 in response to an address supplied to address terminals A0-A2 generate an inverting and a reinverting output and column lines Y1-Y8 of memory cells Q11-Qms are selected via column selection diodes D9-D32. On the other hand, transistors Q1-Q4 to which a power supply voltage Vcc of the 2nd column selection circuit 5 in response to the output of the circuits G1, G2 is supplied are turned on selectively, the power current is fed to the selected column line and an adjacent non-selection column line and no power current is fed to other non-selection column line. Through the constitution above, the programmable semiconductor integrated circuit capable of decreasing the power current even for the circuit with a large capacity is attained. |
