PURPOSE:To locally raise the water repellence at the periphery of nozzles by a simple structure, by a method wherein the nozzle exposed surface is formed to be of uneven state, the nozzle being formed in the projected region thereof and said nozzle exposed surface is processed with water repellence treatment. CONSTITUTION:The exposed surface of nozzles 3A, 3B... is formed by respectively jointing the bottom plate 6, the ink passage plate 7 and the vibration plate 8 of the uneven shape of a fixed pitch. Those nozzles 3A, 3B... are formed in the projected region 22 and the exposed surface of the projected region 22 and the depressed region 23 are processed for water repellence by coating them with water repellent fluororesin. Further, the ink absorbing material 24 composed of spongy polyurethane rubber ready to absorb ink is fixed to the bottom surface of the depressed region 23 and the projected region 22 by using adhesives or the like. Because the ink particles adherred to the periphery of nozzles 3A, 3B... are repelled with said water repellent resin film and the ink is absorbed with the ink absorbing material 24, the ink particles adherred to the periphery of nozzles 3A, 3B... are gone. |
