PURPOSE:To make the flow rate of a condensate constant and to secure the suction pressure and suction flow rate of a downstream-side pump by adding the filter tower by-pass valve to a condensate flow rate control system. CONSTITUTION:The condensate flow rate 12a and the number 13a of water sampling filter towers are inputted to a filter tower by-pass controller 13 and the difference between the condensate flow rate 12a and a flow rate 13b which is permissible for the filter towers is obtained as a by-pass valve flow rate signal 13c to control the filter tower by-pass valve 3. The valve 3 is closed when the signal 13c is minus or opened when plus. Consequently, the stable condensate flow rate is obtained. |
