PURPOSE:To realize performance of acceleration, deceleration and retreat without switching a gear by providing an auxiliary driving ring gear, equipped with the plural number of driven gears, on one and the same shaft along with a main driving shaft gear and transmitting rotation of the main driving shaft gear to a driving force transmission shaft through a driven gear. CONSTITUTION:A main driving shaft 9, rotated by means of an engine through a clutch 8, and an auxiliary driving shaft 1, extended from a driving (oil pressure) pump directly connected to the engine, are provided in parallel to each other, while main and auxiliary driving shaft gears 7, 2 are fitted to the end parts of said shafts 9, 1 respectively. Further, an auxiliary driving shaft gear 2 is engaged with an auxiliary driving shaft ring gear 6 provided on the main driving shaft 9. Furthermore, the plural number of driven gears 3, supported by means of said ring gear 6, are engaged with both the main driving shaft gear 7 and a driving force transmission shaft gear 4 on a driving force transmission shaft 5. Thus, a speed change gear capable of accelerating, decelerating and retreating without requirement for rearrangement of gears can be obtained.
