PURPOSE:To implement a simple pressure transmitter, which has no movable part and is not subject to the effect of temperature, at a low cost, by using two electrostatic capacity means. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a main body 1 is divided into two parts, i.e., an electrode chamber 1e, which receives a pressure P from a partition 1d, and an electrode chamber 1f, which receives only atmospheric pressure. Fixed electrodes 6c and 6d are fixed to insulating materials 5c and 5d, which are arranged in the electrode chamber 1e so as to face each other. Said fixed electrodes face each other by way of a sealed liquid 4a. Fixed electrodes 6e and 6f are fixed to insulating materials 5c and 5f, which are arranged in the electrode chamber 1f so as to face each other. Said electrodes face each other by way of a sealed liquid 4b. The fixed electrode 6c is connected to an electrode terminal T1. The fixed electrode 6e is connected to an electrode terminal T2. The fixed electrodes 6d and 6f are commonly connected and guided to an electrode terminal TC. An electrostatic capacity CP formed by the fixed electrodes 6c and 6d is detected across TC and T1. An electrostatic capacity Ct formed by the fixed electrodes 6e and 6f is detected across TC and T2. The capacities are guided to an operation circuit 11. |
