PURPOSE:A skin external agent, obtained by incorporating a granule granulated by an oil-resistant binder with other components, and having improved washing or massage effect and further improved feeling of satisfaction after use. CONSTITUTION:A skin external agent obtained by sprinkling an oil-resistant binder which is a water-soluble high polymer such as hydroxyethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin, sodium alginate or polyacrylic acid derivative as an aqueous solution on powder having <=0.1mm. particle size of an inorganic pigment, e.g. talc or titanium oxide, or high polymer material, e.g. polyamide such as nylon, which is stirred in a fluidized granulator or stirred granulator by a method, e.g. spraying, to granulate the powder, and produce granule having 0.05-2.0mm. grain diameter, and incorporating 0.1-50wt% resultant granule in a water-in-oil type (W/O) system or oil system in a skin external agent in the form of cream or gel. |
