Device for lift, transport, and storage of grand pianos. In the transport of grand pianos it is desirable that the piano can be lifted up to a vertical position and rolled on wheels. This aim has been reached by two wheel-mounted (12a, b) lifts (14-16, 20-23), each connected to a boom (19) that pivots around a joint (17) by longitudinal beams (25a, b) and cross beams (26), being connected to each other under the piano. With the piano resting on the framework, (18, 19, 25a-b, 26, 27a-b, 28) lifts (14-16, 20-23) are used to force it upward and then down to vertical position.<IMAGE> |
