New derivatives 15(R+S)-fluorine-11,15-didesoxyprostaglandin E1 of general formula (I) where R' is ethyl, methyl, hydrogen, sodium; R2 or R3 is hydrogen or fluorine. The derivatives have a high antiaggregative activity of long duration.
