PURPOSE:To eliminate magnetic losses and to improve the production yield by packing a ferrimagnetic matter only at a desired area under a dielectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:A signal transmission line 3 is formed on a dielectric substrate 5, and a ferrimagnetic matter 11 is packed at a desired area under the substrate 5. The lower surface sides of both the substrate 5 and the matter 11 are covered with an earth conductor 10. Then a magnet 4 is attached to the matter 11. In such constitution, the magnetic loss is reduced and at the same time the production yield is improved since no hole is drilled to the substrate 5. |
