PURPOSE:To improve measuring efficiency, by simultaneously measuring the time change curves of a plurality of spectral characteristics in multiple wavelengths, and memorizing and displaying the results. CONSTITUTION:Light, which is made to be monochromatic light by a spectroscope 2, is projected on a sample to be measured 3A, which is provided in a sample chamber 3 of a spectrophotometer 1. Transmitted light 4 through said sample to be measured 3A is detected by a light detector (e.g. a photoelectric multiplier) 5. The intensity of the transmitted light 4 is changed as the result of the change in the sample to be measured 3A due to the elapse of time. The light detector 5 performs photoelectric coversion of the transmitted light, which is changed in time, and supplies the result to a preamplifier 6. The detected analog output, which is amplified by the preamplifier 6, is converted into the digital value by an A/D converter 7. The result is received by a CPU9 through a bus line 8. The digital data is displayed on a CRT screen 16 as the intensity change of the transmitted light with the elapse of time. |
